I got a Farm Innovations 4250 for Christmas at Farm Fleet for $109.00 and free shipping. It's forced air, digital, with egg turner. It worked well form me. It has the stainless steel mesh frame in the bottom. We covered it with shelf liner at lockdown.

What do your hatch rates look like?

I've considered getting something like this:

I need one that people have experience with and good hatch rates, but let me know if you get it and how it works please.

What are you using right now?

I'm using Frankenbator homemade bator. It works great for me, but it has not done as well since I'm trying to hatch and incubate in it. I have a cheap styro from a friend borrowed, but it has a terrible hatch rate. Maybe I just need to use that one and add a sponge. I think it runs too dry.

I guess I could build another one.....

I'm thinking of ordering a Brinsea 24. Good idea? Bad idea?

So there is a manual and an automatic version of the brinsea? What should I be looking for?
