Finally!!!

Ummm... another project?? Do you know how many pens I already have?? And still need??

Besides the fact that my OH would probably have a heart attack if I even thought of mentioning another project???

Valentine's babies are getting big! Orloffs in the upper left, Halfloffs toward the middle, and you can tell which one took after his EE mom.,.where it's full sibling didn't.

So bad night for the Organic Household

We lost 11 chicks this evening, 10 DOA and 1 after a bit of fight. 3 are recovering on the heating pad, the rest are spending the night under supervision. It seems they drowned each other. I do not know everyone was fine this afternoon. I gave them water in a small waterer and left them. Went to check them after supper to find half of the dead

Thanks, me too. They grow so much slower than the others - the size difference is crazy. They are calmer, too. (Plus I love all the white juvie feathers!)

The half Legbars are psycho and fly away like sparrows, then run right back so they don't miss anything. They are so funny. Almost wish I had another Legbar hen.

Howdy peeps.... I had a busy day again today....but I got the tongue and groove all up today...ran to town and bought some wood to make trim. I couldn't do the ceiling on my own....I'm too short do my wife is gonna help tomorrow....she's tall.

Oh no!!! Was there marbles in the waterer? Did bedding get kicked into it and cause the water to wick out? So sorry!!

I 'm not wore out just covered up and more stressed out than I have ever been. got your text but phone is dead . I get up early drive My truck to town and ride the van back to get Ben . then have to stay with him till he is ready to leave . plus some kind of meeting every other day .

. And today while I was away a yellow lab killed a bunch oh my chickens and my best Marans rooster .

spent the whole evening looking for it no luck. I'm so flocking Pi ssed off right now. other than that life is just a big ole bowl of cherries
