French frogs

This reminded me of something:

I've mentioned I came from a family of 9 kids, a decision my parents consciously made to have a large family. My mom regularly would have people ask her "You know what causes that, right?" during her pregnancies. My mother is a very proper, religious woman. Finally she started responding, "Oh yes, we know, but it is just so much fun we just can't stop". People stopped asking her. :)

You sure you want to? I'm kind of against helping late chicks since I've now had to cull 2 today.

You can start by taking tweezers and chipping away a little along what would be the zip line. If you see any blood, put it back in the incubator and wait. Do a little more every so often, letting the egg warm back up in the incubator in-between.

Good luck.

What kind of chicken is he?

I NEED HELP ! a late pipper is still alive. Pipped yesterday evening and punched a little bigger hole this morning. How do I help it?

If it was late yesterday evening, I'd give it at least 24 hours

Thanks! I know there's not a high probability of success ...:/

Okay, how do you guys do the deed? I had to put down one at school last night. What's the most humane way?
