Either the web site or my lap top is messing up. No water in the hatcher and haven't a clue how many there are in there . All I can say is a bunch

the humidity is so high there is moisture on the viewing window . Opened the vent more to let some out . Anyhow just stopped for a minute to catch up kinda .and now have to cook dinner . watched a youtube video on vent sexing this morning . I'm going to try my hand at it later when I get up the nerve . doesn't look that hard

I watched Metzers you tube video for vent sexing ducklings and then sexed the one extra duckling they sent me. If I can do it, you can.

Oh, and sorry I am behind on posting this... got eggs in the mail the other day from @abbevilleoz

Packed amazing, and I told him I thought his wifes pretty boxes were magic... air cells look perfect, but I opted for some older eggs due to egg eating snake issues over less eggs, so here's hoping for a good hatch!!

Eggs packed nice and snug...

And not a crack or moving air cell at all...

Got my shipped Serama eggs in the mail today too. The box was on my porch...on its side!

Air cells are loose, mostly saddled, a few badly, some not bad at all. None broken or cracked! Lots of different size itty bitty eggs, so this should be interesting! I'd say they aren't too bad, travelling all the way from Florida.

Still haven't heard how mine arrived to her, but I'm sure I'll hear soon.

Can't even imagine hatching that many at once. Good luck. Post pics. And let us know how the vent sexing goes! I tried it with ducklings, but not with chicks.

Husband is gone so brought home pizza and watching the Hobbit with thing 1 & 2. . DH accuses me of warping our children, I say I am just teaching them the classics....we watch Jane Austin and Dickens too. We are currently reading the wizard of Oz books...they are the simplest books I have apart from the little picture books they have.

Iquit after 15 years chain smoking... People don't do that these days... Too expensive.... I quit before I was thirty..... Three packs a day.... Glad I did a few years later I got asthma would have really sucked if I had still smoked.

This one has the prettiest coloring! I like these too. @RavynFallen not super yellow pads, but not dark like the others. To the eye they are more yellow than they look in the picture, and evenly toned across the toes and pad. And for Dan: Meet Peg. She does just fine, roosts, grooms, scratches just like the others, just less efficiently.

Some of the crosses are getting really wide. In a week or so I'll split out the bigger boys and get them on a bodybuilding diet.
