French frogs

I vote for swirls.

White with brown swirls, or brown with white swirls, sounds more appealing.

Send me one of each and I'll provide very important feed back.

I think swirls will differentiate it and dress it up a little bit.

How about a thin layer of white over the brown?

Or swirls...

I was leaning towards swirls, too--just wasn't certain. Thanks for helping me decide

Swirls'll be easy, too--I just won't stir all the way!

Congrats on your son's new job! Mine was just accepted into the Seabees and got his new uniforms, and his band played last night at the Token Lounge, an old club near Detroit where Iron Butterfly, Uriah Heep, and many other legends of rock played back in the day. But he is looking for a new band, that lead singer is holding them back.

That's great! Congrats to your son!

Yes! She accepted the offer and starts right after Memorial Day. She is thrilled! Now she gets to learn that rehabbing historic homes is dirty, hard, hot, buggy, rodent infested work, not like they show in the magazines where they clean and paint and everything is lovely.

Hey, congrats to your daughter, too.

Methinks you are correct...

Totally unrelated... I've got an aesthetic question for you folks. One of my summer fudge flavors is going to be rootbeer float (don't worry--the spring fruit flavors are going to carry through the summer). I already know that the flavor's going to be uniform throughout--since the base will be white chocolate, I don't think the rootbeer flavor will be intense enough to do layers. What I haven't decided os if the fudge will be a uniform light brown, as if the ice cream has all melted/been eaten, or if it should be white with brown swirls. What do you think?
Okay, I'm late to the party, but I'm voting swirls, too. It will look more floaty that way.

Dang... Slow Sunday...I got a pip this morning..... One duck egg..... Wonder if that little Bantam egg will hatch?
What all ya got cooking, Phil?

Good morning!!

I got 10 Khaki Campbell duck eggs and a friend dropped off a Bantam chicken egg just for giggles.... No telling if it was even fertile... Super dark brown tiny egg... Never even tried to candle it...... If it hatches will be a miracle....

Good morning!
I built a run between the broiler pen and the meat coop. Saddly the run is only 50 ft long and DH insisted that he move the pen 70 ft away from the coop :/ I spent an hour chasing chicks last night. The cross birds are slow enough that they were not too difficult. Those pesky Jersey Giants....anyway I was very relived when I finally counted heads and had all of them.

I used to spend a lot of time chasing chicks when I was younger.....:lau
