    That's actually good... he sees you as the boss, but not a dominate roo role... that's where you want to be for good flock dynamics... I feel too many try to make themselves like a "dominate roo", but I feel that is a mistake... with dominate and subordinate roosters, there will always be a power struggle... we might not see it all the time, but it's there... you need to establish your spot as above the flock as a whole without challenge... good job...
