It is crested, theres also a crested mallard. (Or it might be a rouen

Very cute!! Do you have vitamins to give it an extra boost? Might be wry neck and sometimes with extra vites it can correct... don't beat yourself up over the lost one, that was definitely not your fault nor anything you could do...
