I hope everyone had a great turkey day weekend! We had a great time and ate a bit too much. Someone said we drank too much wine, but I don't know anything about that.

I'm on day 21 for my Wyandotte eggs. It snuck up on me a bit and I honestly haven't even candled them since day 7. I feel like SC. I put them in a separate hovabator for hatching. I'll let you know how it goes.

Freshly harvested mushrooms can be steamed with shiitake. Remember to drink the liquid when you cook them because that's where most of the healing polysaccharides exist.
They are quite common in gourmet kitchens across the globe and popular in French cuisine as a gourmet delicacy called "pom pom du blanc."

Interesting

We have limes, banana, bird of paradise, orange, lemon, coffee, olive, blue agave, bougainvillea, hibiscus and who knows what else growing in our sunroom. We move them all outside for the summer, in for the winter. The key lime tree is the best producer, we pick 50+ limes over the season. It's in full bloom now.
