French frogs

:fl

How did the rest of yours do? I can't keep up on the NYD HAL.

Still going. 3 out. 5 more eggs in the incubator. 3 of which are currently pipped. I believe the other 2 are internally pipped. So they are taking their time. The weird thing is that the oldest eggs hatched first. The first egg to hatch was a month plus a day old when I set it! Old eggs are supposed to take longer but the opposite is holding true for this hatch....
2 are zipping together, right now!!
This little calf picked a cold day to be born!

700

Awe, that's beautiful!

Ahh I see. How large are you? I am rather envious of those electric pumps.

Only around 65-70 cows. And all the stock associated with it. It's a 4the generation dairy with my dad, and it's probably going to end there. Too hard to compete at that size and expansion isn't feasible.

Sweet! That is interesting about the older eggs!

Happy new year frogs!

Miserable weather in South Texas 45° and misting it's sprinkling rain.

Got the hovabator set up and I am currently getting it up to temp

Happy new year Bert!

Got the bator early huh? Good luck! When are you planning to add eggs?

That's great! Does it look ok, the way I have them in the tray with the paper towels?
That's exactly how I take up empty space. Just keep an eye on the smaller ones on the front row. I've had them slip and lay down on their sides between the rails
