French frogs

:weee DH put in an application yesterday and just got called for an interview! Know what that means? If he has to work, then we will stay home for a while and I can hatch some chickens!!! :gig
Yeah! Best of luck to him!
Here is the coop I'm working on building to sell. Don't mind the dirty garage. I got tired of trying to clear the snow off of it before working on it. :)
Nice job!

You don't have a blowtorch? I got one (and yes, 'tis mine, pretty blue fire and all.... Obviously not for the paper persona, strictly for the person at the keyboard

) because we had a roll of the rock-embedded asphalt stuff left over, and I just melted the asphalt on the back to cover the roof on my nest boxes. I also tried to overlap the end of the original roof of the building I turned into the coop, since whoever had built it had cut the corrugated fiberglass a tiny bit short--just enough to let all the runoff go in and soak the north wall (which certainly explains why I had to replace all the boards on that side...)

heat lamp works great less chance of fire that is a steep pitch on that little roof .

I'm still cutting in around the baseboards, which are rough cut paver tiles. Having to paint around crooked tiles takes so much longer than painting a straight line! Ugh.

Will catch up later.
