Well maybe you can play around with the Spot Check after you empty the bator. Oh, I forgot, you might try changing the battery too, even if it was new. That may have been when mine went wonky. And NO, this is definitely NOT one time when I am happy with 8-12" :gig :jumpy Yeah for chickies! Can't wait to see yours too! :weee
Ok, good idea, thanks for the tip! Glad you made it home safe!
good morning Ruby you mean this one .I can't remember if it hatched or not . well the city is a mess so I'm not going up there just a broken sewer line under the house and it can wait till tomorrow . dw is going to grocery shop before she comes back so no need to go out. snow has made it down to us snowing pretty good right now . so many can't drive in it here . if I go out I'll spend hours just getting there .one of the perks of the self employed. I'm thinking SC's first picture should be a poster if it could be sharpened up a little . but should be picture of the week at least .
Yes, that's the one!! I candles this one before I set it and I just thought the air cell was to small to see. I did not realize it was all the way, fixed on the side. Stay safe in the bad weather and enjoy staying home!
My spot check, like I said, reads between 98.9 and 101.5. I took an average of all readings, came up with 99.0, so I bumped my display up to 100. My hatches have been like popcorn ever since. Don't let it worry you. You are hatching on time, so I say you are good
Yes, they seem to be right on time, so I'm not going to panic anymore! We'll see how the next batch does time wise.

Hey guess what?...the egg that I thought quit (that didn't draw down) just pipped...pointy end! I swear I thought it quit. This one will needs lots of time. Heavy veins and looks like fluid but I guess it pipped somehow, even though it's not in the air cell.
