They adore fresh mud puddles, rain and noodling for worms, slugs and grubs... but give them a fresh clean pool and they love getting clean!

Contrary to popular belief, ducks like to be clean... if mine start getting mud dried on them they get very irate, lol...

I spend a lot of time cleaning pools and filling small tubs all around the yard...

When I cleaned the duck pens the other day...the older birds side was nice and clean....they poop in the corner....the little ones side a freaking disaster....hmmm....:/

I think she will protest... first thing they do in clean water is poop...

Yes they do...must be a instinctive reaction...

I got three little eggs today....so I assume that I got three of the youngest ducks laying now.
