Nah it is the kids. But i actually did have a couple nightmares (Something in the nature of 1984 and a Old russian novel)
I just have this lingering feeling of dread when i watch these 4.

I decided The Three Stooges (in Orbit) was better than the 4 Im seein on Fox

Lucky girl! We tilled up the ground and added lime & then sand cause we used to feed lots of birds in the area. I wanted to avoid it but hubby is adamant about building it right by the house. So, hoping he'll get the post holes dug & concrete poured in with the corner posts this weekend.

Good morning frogs. Loaded up the bator with 46 eggs last night

Well my littles are about 3 weeks now, and I've got to get them out of the house.  Problem is that we're not done re-wiring the coop and I don't think they could handle hammering and drilling without having little panic attacks.

Problem with me working so much the last few weeks is that they are totally wild and skittish now.  They panicked when I moved them to the small tote when I cleaned out the shavings today.  Once I picked each one up and changed leg bands, they calmed down a bit.  

Little suckers can really fly though!

Talk about flying, these little quail are somethin else! I moved them out last weekend. And it got cold this week. I found a dead one last night when I got home. I believe it was the little one that I assisted. Maybe it got too cold, or maybe failure to thrive.

And I'm surprised these aren't as skittish as i heard they would be. Could be because I haven't seen them much in the daylight lately! Lol Took a few new pics last night. Will post later.
