I've heard good things about Piers Anthony, but haven't tried his books yet. If you like Stephen King & Dean Koontz, I highly recommend Jeffrey Deaver. I've read everything he's written. I've read everything King wrote through about 2001. Dan Brown (Da Vinci Code) has written a lot of good books. I also like John Grisham a lot. I go through books too fast. I no longer pick up anything unless it has at least 450 pages.

his Xanth series was fun.......

surprising, Isle of Woman, was an interesting read also.

Deb, biggest thing with Piers is you gotta be able to take off color jokes... tons of innuendo, lots of blatant, and peppered with sarcasm...
