Barney fought off the fox this afternoon.

Dan you got to get that thing . hope Barney is up to date on his shots. I haven't seen a fox here. saw a coyote when I was cutting hay .

Never fails I see one I never have a gun . Shot a coon with rat shot last night . Only sacred it away

Good luck with the garden Phil . I fight the other extreme, heat .You could do well with greens though and peas those are cold crops . Even with the heat I can still plant beans and they will make .

Thing 2 has had a rough 24 hours, feverish. She is still acting miserable but felt cooler this morning.
I just checked on them, she is up pestering her sister, so perhaps we are past the worst of it.
