And if you stop moving, they will try to pull the seams, buttons, shoelaces, zippers, tags, patterns and sleeves off your clothes...peck every birthmark, bug bite, and wound, and pull your hair and jewelry. Not in meanness, just in curiousity, but competitive curiosity can be a hazardous thing! When five or six of them are jockeying to be the one to grab the button on the side pocket of my cargo shorts, someone is going to miss and hit skin.

OG, one of last year's babies, holds the scratch bin hostage. You may not take a scoop of food away without him grabbing the first few bites. If you do, he will reach over the side of the garbage can and help himself.
Today one of the older babies grabbed a wild rabbit by the ear through the fence. I had to holler at them so they'd let the silly rabbit go.
