Friendly egg laying Bantam breeds?

I'm not sure what you mean by 'actually lay'. All hens lay eggs, bantam breeds included. Are you asking if there are any really productive bantam breeds? The answer to that is, not really. Bantams are mostly bred to be ornamental, so egg production wasn't really selected for the way it was in large fowl breeds. Large fowl breeds will always be a better option for egg production. White leghorn bantams probably lay better than other breeds of bantam, but they may be flighty like their large fowl counterparts.
