No dryer sheet, but tried the conditioner spray. Not helping. I have VERY fine hair, just alot of it. today is interesting.

just got back... they only counted the usable square footage.... final tally is 6 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, huge living room, master bedroom with attached sun room, and bath....... bad news........ somebody stripped all the copper, stole the boiler, knocked holes in the walls, stole all the fixtures, and busted up pvc in the basement.

I was going to say...one bathroom?! You have a house of teenaged girls! 3 bathrooms, that's better.

I like the big kitchen! The mint green laundry room was scary. Does the price of the house take into account the current condition? Sounds like you'll have to do quite a bit of work to make it ready to move in. Otherwise, I think it has a lot of potential! 5 acres and a nice, big barn!

He and I just went over it, they're thinking about bidding at the price of raw land, as the house is condemable in it's current state. Toss in a boiler new pipes and drywall and it's habital, but not worth it at list price & repair price.

It;s currently not usable, the house was broken into, and stripped for scrap.
