They're something of a niche crop. if you have a asian population near, you can sell eggs as food (they're used in bento boxes and sushi). Or if you have foodies who'll go nutty for hand-raised sustainably raised game birds. Other than that they're pretty much happy lil meat birds. If there's no market for eggs or meat, maybe keep 6 or so as "pets with eggs", but don't hatch out 60 without a plan.

That being said, I have considered meat silkies with an eye to the asian health-food market a town away ($8 per silkie)

ok, the girls little twin friends, Ethan and Emmi, are going on vacation and guess who's watching a lil fuzzy puppy? we are! we are! Hence all the kids handling turkeys....they just left... and now puppy is sad.
