Oh, I could really run with that one but I digress (sp?)

Too late, I've already started the Dreaded Change of Life Process. Any baby of mine would have Down's or fins.

Fins?

We should make some while I'm there.

Do you know how to make hush puppies?

Yes, but I'll have to go get a deep fryer. Remember Deb's post a ways back about cleaning a deep fryer? I was too embarrassed to say, I tossed mine out 10 years ago and never replaced it.

Oh, hush puppies with little bits of pork spare rib fried into them. Yum yum.

Okay Shorty! Michelle and I are 5'4". Tex is 7'. I say between all of us, we can carry you to the hospital to have your little pullet.

5'8 or 5.9 going on 7 foot though.

Pullet? You're casting a vote for a girl? Some mothers swear they know before the doctor's confirm it, but I never get vibes one way or the other.

I spent most of Matthew's young life trying to keep him from killing himself, so I was very thankful Ella was a girl because I didn't want to raise another boy like him! However, within the last year, oldest DD's pre-teen attitude has become so snotty that I'd rather get run ragged by another crazy boy than endure this emotional drama with another child.

Go with a boy. Girls are overrated. I love boys!!! They are so much more fun.

We're hoping for a boy, but a girl would be fine. Girls are more fun to dress up when they're little.
