gotcha!!! I was looking at a ranch near Lubbock a few years back. More desert scrub n scorpions than I was willing to live with

If the ranch had a stream or better water rights I might have done it though. Great for pig hunting from what I was told.

? We don't have a lot of that...unless you go south past I 10. Down in the rolling plains in places like crosbyton and dickens are what you might want to look at

Crosbyton is an hour or so east of Lubbock and Dickens is another hour past crosbyton. The 6666 ranch is in there somewhere.
