Friendship Bread

Well, I didn't get to do it until this am because I had to go buy the milk and pudding mix. So I did it this morning and my daughter came over. My husband ate the last two pieces of the first loaf when he got home from work. This stuff is seriously dangerous.

My mom used to make this. It was so good!

So I know you can't keep it in a metal bowl, but can you mix it initially in a metal bowl? (like my stand mixer)

My first batch of starters went into mini loaves of these flavors:

- Traditional Cinnamon
- Pumpkin and Black Walnut
- Mandarin Orange & Chocolate Chip

I'll see if I can get pictures taken.
 
Pumpkin Bread

* 3 eggs
* 1/2 cup oil
* 1 cup pumpkin
* 1/2 cup milk
* 1 cup sugar
* 2 tsp cinnamon
* 3/4 tsp cloves
* 3/4 tsp nutmeg
* 1 1/2 tsp baking powder
* 1/2 tsp baking soda
* 1/2 tsp salt
* 1 box instant pumpkin spice pudding
* 2 cup flour
Grease 2 large loaf pans. In a seperate bowl mix 1/2 cup sugar and 1 tsp cinnamon. Dust the greased loaf pans with half of this mixture. Pour the batter evenly into the two pans, and sprinkle the remaining sugar mixture over the top. Bake for 1 hour or until a tookpick comes out clean. Cool for 10 minutes in the pan before turning out onto a serving dish.
