Frist time incubating and the bantys are peeping what do i do?

I have 10 bators of various sizes from 40 eggs up to 2940 eggs..

I mostly use the smaller ones (40egg) and the two sportsmans (18 doz)/ea

I sell a lot of chicks and guineas each summer..

i went to feed the horses and my mom opened the incubator to show my nephew the eggs and slid out the tray!!!!! i told her not touch it for the next 3 days!!!! all the eggs rolled to the front when she moved it and now the peep holes are not facing up. should i repostion them? did she kill them by leting them roll around?
