I would say they are pullets! But I would wait for someone who is better at this than me to be sure!

At 10 weeks those are pullets for sure! They are beautiful

Pullets!
Id definitely expect much larger combs, like these two cockerels.
Their combs have gotten much larger. This was at 5-6 weeks they are now 8 weeks.
