Hi all! I recently acquired this frizzle, or frazzle hen about 1 week before this post date.
I was hoping some her might be able to help me determine whether or not she may be a frizzle having a rough molt, or if she is, indeed, a frazzle.

None of her feathers break off when we handle her, she acts like a normal chicken, and she's just overall amazing.
Here's 1 photo of her fully feathered about 1-1.5 years ago and the rest are her current state.

To add- since we've had her, we've been giving her mealworms as treats, as well as feather fixer and vitamin water.

I have to say I've never seen a molt that bad so I'd have to lean towards frazzle. How old was she in the picture from a year ago?

She was just starting to lay in that photo, unsure of her exact age.
I've heard some chickens can have rough molts around 16-18 months, but that may just be me being hopeful.. I'll love her no matter what, and she's beautiful with or without her feathers, I'm just trying to be educated before it starts getting too cold here.
We have a flat panel chicken heater for her if/when she needs it though.
