I really hate to say it but I'm 98% sure that is a Roo. Here is my 4 week old red frizzle cochin bantam pullet.. then here is my red cochin bantam roo and that pullet. Again. I can't say 100 but I'm so sorry I really think you have a boy there. I'm sorry.
