soo... we're saying that Chickens are like the "gateway drug" ....?

I started with a dozen chickens, which turned into about 40 chickens.... then I bought some baby chicks.... then an incubator so I could "manufacture" my own chickens to supply my growing habit... then I got button quail... tomorrow I'm getting a pair of call ducks..... I'm also getting geese this spring....

When will the madness end??!!???

Chickens are definitely the gateway drug...or gateway bird! I started out wanting a few hens...now have about 40 chickens, then got Button Quail, then Coturnix, then ducks, now turkeys. I think I've lost my mind! Oh, did I mention I have 3 bators running?
