Has anyone saved a ginney with frozen toes ?

No, I’ve never came across frost bite with my guinea fowl.

I've never had a frostbite problem and haven't raised guineas but want to say hello and hope all the best for you!

I have several toeless or foot/feet less birds..

I just ignore them and the feet/toes either get better or they fall off..

I do not expect others to do what I do..I point it out simply to show it is not always life ending...most the time it is just toe ending...

This is Hobbles..(guess how he got the name)

he has two stubs and gets around just fine.. he even roosts with the girls at night.
