Fruit Cake

I use to make fruit cake every year but stopped because a lot went to waste last time I made some to sell. I am making some this year. I was wondering if I made more then I know I could give to family etc. would people actually buy it? I do make it a few different ways. Like different batter. I have a recipe for white cake and traditional dark cake. I can use alcohol or apple juice. The fruits, nuts, coconut, and such can vary.
