frustrating password problem-need help

I recently was asked to login. When I put in my password it said invalid password. So I followed the link and got a temporary password. The problem is when I go to my profile to change the password, I enter the old password and the new one. Then I get a message that I have entered an invalid old password. How do I get pass this if I'm not sure what the old password was?

are you putting in the temporary password in when it asks for your old password. I think you would need to do that

If you're still having problems, you can email [email protected] and ask that your password be set to something specific or random and then try to reset your password.
