The name of the book is "The Other Half of the Egg ...Or 180 ways to use up extra yolks or whites". This cookbook has recipes for using extra egg yolks and egg whites that you may have left over from other recipes. It is an ex-library book that is old (printed in 1967) but in good condition. I believe it's been out of print for some time. The pages are yellowed and the mylar jacket is a bit worn, but the binding is in good shape and there are no torn or folded pages.
