This cookbook has recipes for using extra egg yolks and egg whites that you may have left over from other recipes. It is an ex-library book that is old (printed in 1967) but in good condition. I believe it's been out of print for some time. The pages are yellowed and the mylar jacket is a bit worn, but the binding is in good shape and there are no torn or folded pages. It also includes a lot of good general information about eggs.
