I think they keep changing their minds until a change actually happens. And then they can say see, we told you!
:gigYou're probably right!

Doing great, feeling much better thanks for asking! Hey, remember that chick I got from you? What was the hatch date, do you remember?

This Dorking mix had some pasty butt so I've put some probiotics in their water. Second pic is the wing on the the other Dorking chick.

I added some pine shavings to the pellets, sprinkled some grit in their feed and a few bsfl in the litter. The 3 small Turkens are 3 weeks.

The older Turken mix chick, unsure of hatch date maybe a couple weeks older than the other 3

The EE I'm assuming, I really have no idea. Each foot has 5 toes but the the extras(?) are on the inside of the feet and the legs are feathered. The extra toes made it awkward as a tiny but it's more coordinated now. Purchased as a friend for the single older Turken mix chick.

ETA We decided to butcher the rooster tomorrow morning. I want to get it over with and let the girls start establishing a pecking order before we introduce chicks. I also feel like the pullets will be easier to train without him around to fight with. They can train the next roo.
