Fugly Farm

One of Roger's son's over here look's just like him. I almost have to take a double take when I look at them both now.

I had to start my incubator up again, because those shipped hatching egg's that I ordered finally came.

Will you be hatching more NN's?

I saw your list of eggs, you're going to have quite a chicken collection going!

Yes, because I added a few of my flock's egg's in there too, in case I only have one chick from the shipped egg's again. That way it won't be alone.

The shipped egg's are 7 Black Sex Link's, 5 Blue Laced Red Wyandottes, and 1 Hona as an extra. I will be getting more of the BLRW's from her later.

I've always thought the BLRW were some gorgeous birds. Hope your hatch goes well!

Thank's! If I can get enough of the BLRW's going they will get their own coop and pen later.
You're expanding and I'm downsizing. However, I might be interested in some hatching eggs from the BLRW. Will you keep a roo from those?

I have to see how many do hatch from the 5, and what sex they will end up being. She will be sending me some more of those later. I will keep a roo if he end's up being the right shade and color, and the blues don't breed true.

Well I think I might have someone to buy my red girls and maybe some of the Nn pullets I have from my latest hatch. I'm keeping an eye on Jr, I've noticed his comb looks bruised at the end of the day which is indicative of a heart or liver problem so I might just do the deed and try again. I dunno.

I still have those 3 cockerel's over here, and one of them look's like Roger. They were out of my January 9th hatch. There also a white one that has a green tail with a cream colored lacing around the green. The mother to them live's next door at my neighbor's. She is a cream colored NN.
