I’ll report back for sure. I understand cooking with it destroys all the hard work that fermentation does but that it makes the flavor milder. Will probably try it in some salsa. Might be good in hummus too.

Might be good on some garlic toast for pasta night dinners too.

I was thinking that, mash and mix with butter so spread on toast but depends on how strong it is. Hubs is delicate

I assure you both he was sulking. Dad was getting dressed and Mom wasn’t so he thinks he doesn’t get to go to the park today. We’re going just not first thing.
