I eat them like potato chips. I usually use Roma tomatoes and slice with my mandoline so they are all the same thickness. They are so good just plain but sometimes I’ll sprinkle with some powdered basil before I dry them.

We have a bunch of zucchini so I’m going to try making some chips out of those too.
I'm going to try that...sounds so good with the basil too! Thank you for the ideas!
 
My dad watching TV. He wasn’t feeling very good yesterday, a slight fever and nauseous but he’s ok today.

No he does not, he looks great! My mom is 89...after she fell & broke her hip last year she has really started showing her age!
Ouch! I think major injuries really hit a person hard at that age. My dad looks pretty good on the outside but he has kidney issues. My mom takes good care of him though.
