I'm going to try that...sounds so good with the basil too! Thank you for the ideas!I eat them like potato chips. I usually use Roma tomatoes and slice with my mandoline so they are all the same thickness. They are so good just plain but sometimes I’ll sprinkle with some powdered basil before I dry them.
We have a bunch of zucchini so I’m going to try making some chips out of those too.
