He's still tying to adjust to the new home. I'm going to faze out all of the fully feathered neck hen's and pullet's that I have over here except for those 2 White Rock's and the Dorking's. Next year I want to be running a pen with all NN's in it, and a separate pen for those Dorking's.

I ran a can of chipotles in adobo sauce through the blender and now I’m dehydrating so I can powder it. Will sprinkle on zucchini chips.

That's a cool idea, I never thought of dehydrating a sauce like that.

It works out pretty well. I prefer to use parchment paper rather than the fruit leather trays.

Zucchini chips, almost 3 trays, just sprinkled with a little salt.
