Fugly Farm

Abby has a new game. I go out to the patio on my breaks to stand in the sun. She followed me today but Frank was busy visiting with Hope (her school was closed due to covid). Abby ran over to the doggie door and barked like there was something to bark about and when Frank came busting through the door she would ambush him :gig

Fun game (for Abby)! It's nice they have their own kind for company. I enjoy watching my 3 cats mess with each other.

It is. I don’t think cats really have the same mentality. Dogs are more like chickens, they have a pecking order. Cats are like yeah ok, wanna play?! I’m gonna get your tail!

I’m so happy we didn’t wait too long to get Abby, Frank wouldn’t have been as tolerant I think, he’s pretty spoiled.

Oh no! I bet he thought they were delisherous. Fortunately my counters are deep enough I can keep her away from stuff up there.

He thought he did a good thing, but he also knew I wasn't happy when I walked and saw what he had done !! He's gotten way better over the last year and I am good about not leaving things on the counter.

Hopey. My daughter curled her hair this evening after we colored for a while. They went and got their nails done earlier today, fingers and toes.

Front yard pics. I have two oleanders to plant along the wall outside the coop yard. The tree in that yard is a willow acacia that we planted a few years after we moved in. Between the wall and the tree in the front I’m going to add a grouping of fairy dusters. They only get to be 3 feet tall and 2 feet wide.

This is the first shrub I planted here. It was in the clearance bin at Lowe’s so I brought it home and pretty much ignored it. It’s happy though

I’m going to put another grouping of fairy dusters here and something else but I’m not sure what yet. This is an open area between the two mesquite trees we planted a few years after we moved in.

I love your tree's and yard!

Maybe she's a member of the clean plate club

My brother has 3 large dogs, his Great Dane is the worst about stealing things off the counters. And he's so tall he can reach anything!
We had a Great Dane that we rescued...she would do the same thing...:)

She's adorable!

I love following the doggie adventures...the ambush is hilarious...what a smart girl!

I hope you have better luck with the next batch of eggs! Looking forward to the hatch!
