Fugly Farm

We’ve dealt with the rooster this morning, glad that’s over. As soon as it’s light out I’m taking the girls some bugs and grubs and setting up the second nest box. Yesterday one of the Nn was in the box and one of the SS wanted in to do her business and went in there; I heard a lot of growling going on in there. I think one of
The girls was sleeping in the nest box so hopefully she’ll be confident enough to get on the roost. That roo was mean to the smallest girl, an SS, and she was the one not on the roost. It’ll be interesting to see who takes the lead but I’m positive it’ll be one of the Nn girls. The SS are laid back.

The sky has fallen.
I'm trying to teach my eldest how to save water and energy.
They've got expensive recently.
Explaing that modern detergents work in cold water was a tough one.
Telling her she didn't need that cupboard full of cleaning products didn't go down well either.
Mentioning that everything didn't need washing after wearing it once almost got me thrown out of the house.
There's the house lit up like a Christmas tree to tackle and of course encouraging one pot cooking to go yet as well as a few more tips.:p

Well, you know that the younger generation wants our generation to conserve. Good luck! I hope you don't get disowned.
