Orange and ginger cheongs. That ginger only took about 12 hours to dissolve the sugar, surprising. Orange has taken longer but it’s much juicier. They both have good flavor, but leaving them to steep a little longer.

Tasted the kombucha and it’s excellent. It has a crisp flavor with slight hints of raspberry as an after taste. Very refreshing and lightly carbonated.

The orange is very pretty. You could give those as Christmas gifts.

Apple cheong (there are big jars full) is a mixture of Granny Smith and Honeycrisp; ginger cheong is tasty but I’m letting it sit a couple more days. The orange syrup filled the bottle to the brim, very tasty. Igor wants to make our own orange creamsicle shakes now.
