Of course, being vegan means you have to know what your doing. I knew someone who only ate vegetables. No fruits, grains, anything.
Theres always a right and a wrong way to do something, definitely do your research before switching your diet!
People always say being vegan is starving yourself, clearly they don’t do enough research..
