It definitely has a component but not everyone can do vegan. I did a balanced vegan diet for three months, I had the scariest depression of my life. I ate a little bit of meat and my brain had these crazy brain prickles. Now I just eat less meat, and more fresh dairy like my ancestors.

So sorry to hear that, i gag when i look at meat (not being dramatic) even the smell of it disgusts me. Same with dairy. I can’t ever imagine being something other then vegan because it has worked for me since i have been it my entire life.
I just wish people would speak not for everyone who is vegan, because everyone is different so to say being vegan is bad is definitely not true for all.

I just really wish people actually did research, someone even told me its not possible to get overweight being vegan.
Um, what?? YES you can. Vegan doesn’t necessarily mean your super healthy. If i ate chips all day and oreos, sure im vegan, but that doesn’t mean im healthy?
