This morning someone requested that we send Memes in a spoiler format.
At first I thought their carrier might be censoring memes but I learned they take a long time to load on phones and in slow internet areas.
Has anyone heard or experienced this? These people were in rural Texas and Virginia. Just wondering if this is common.

I don't think ANYONE has a slower internet connection than me (standard mail is faster than my emails ) and I haven't had any trouble viewing these.
