Funny Colored Silkie Boy

When I got this guy as a chick I thought it was a buff, but looking through the pics on here he seems alot lighter on the body and he has some barring going on, on his wings and back. So is he a buff or something else

(I know he isn't that great a quality with his single/split comb and his aqua skin, he does have 5 toes though)

He could be buff cuckoo. There is a Cuckoo variety, so Andy may be a cross between the two.
