I agree with everyone else about notifying the Police/Sheriff. In fact, you need to ask them for a "No Trespass Order" to be personally served on this 6th grade "thug". Law Enforcement has got to be in the loop on what is happening with this kid. Believe me this is probably not the first time they have had contact with this kid. If juvenile records were not confidential, you may be surprised at what you would find out. I had many years of working with criminals and juvenile delinquents. This kid did not all of a sudden get this way, and will not all of a sudden "get better", or may never get any better. You have to get a paper trail started immediately with Law Enforcement because if you do not, some of the details of the incidents will be forgotten and tend to be downplayed the longer it is after the incident. So if something else happens you will have all foof your information recorded officially. The other thing I would think about doing is the video camera. There is no better evidence other than a confession. You need to keep your parents informed of everything! Even this thread, there may be things in some of these posts that they had not thought of and may want to act on. Some people may think we are making too much out of this, but in my experience I am seeing RED FLAGS waving all over the place. Talk to your folks and tell them your concerns.
