~>Fury of the Wind<~ (A Bird RP)

“And I’m assuming you’re telling me this because you’re secretly hoping the best body guard in all the Four Territories will attend this meeting at your side?” Russet teased playfully. “If so, I accept.”
Cement nodded gratefully. "You don't seem as worried as I thought you would be." She teased lightly. She looked around at the rest of the flock. "What should we tell them?"

Azaz flapped down from a high perch where she had been posted to watch the prisoners. "Earl," she eyed him carefully, "what brings you here?"

"They're already too close, they'd just give chase." Trout muttered, sounding worried. He craned his neck, looking for any more pigeons, or even a gull ally.

Trout snorted. "Yeah, I wish." His light eyes were troubled. "The pigeon military's the most brutal, powerful group of notguls known around here."
*nanako dove toward the gulls with her friend.*

“Hmm.. I guess we just wait then? We don’t even know if they are coming back.. wait.. did the pigeon say they will be back?”
Orbit asked.

Trout snorted. "Yeah, I wish." His light eyes were troubled. "The pigeon military's the most brutal, powerful group of notguls known around here."
“Really??” Orbit eyes widened. “If so then we might be doomed..”

Cement nodded gratefully. "You don't seem as worried as I thought you would be." She teased lightly. She looked around at the rest of the flock. "What should we tell them?"
Russet shrugged his wings. He wasn’t much of a thinker, despite his clever jokes. “Just let them know won’t be pushed around? You’re the smart one,” he admitted.

Just then, Rocket appeared above them, cooing so excitedly it was hard to make out what she was saying. "You there, enemies of the almighty pigeon military, run or get beat up!" She screeched, as much as a pigeon can screech.

She nodded thoughtfully. "I don't want any panic.." she muttered, more to herself than anything. She paced for a minute, then flew into a higher part of the shelter. Instantly, every bird looked to her. "My flock," she began, "Russet and I are going to converse with another gang leader. We will be back shortly. Rikka is leader while we're away." She cooed briskly.

“Got it,” a dove grey pigeon gave a cordial nod. Rikka took her job seriously.
Russet stretched his wings and flew to a light-pole to survey the ground before him. Just due north was an apartment complex, buildings standing tall and square. How strange that humans, grounded as they were would rather live close to the sky than in burrows like mice. Then again, humans don’t do anything like anyone else.
Farther on were the ghettos, and side-streets, and ultimately, Sulliver and his crow-forsaken gang.

(Dove grey pigeon XD)

Cement flew after him, landing beside her mate. She looked over the city; despite the early hour, it seemed the world had already awakened. She watched the humans get into their cars, and farther along, the busy roads. She had heard from birds coming from afar that this was a small city compared to some of the places humans had built. Tiny, even. She had been told that there were giant buildings that touched the clouds. She ruffled her feathers. This city was big enough for her. Then again, it was all she had ever known.
She signaled to her mate with a flash of her tail feathers and shot into the sky.

(Ikr. It’s a great description.)
Russet rose with bumpy flight, finding his place on the air currents. With the increase in altitude, he was able to clip faster than the cars bumbling like beetles on the streets below.
It wasn’t long before they were descending on the chosen meeting place. Russet settled on a wire, waiting for instruction.

*nanako played along with her companion. She wasnt really a part of the pigeon army, but was thinking it wouldnt be to bad to join.*

Cement alighted beside him, watching the streets below with a sharp eye. Suliver's goons liked to patrol around here, and she could see why. It was a high school, so the loud-stompers left behind plenty of food scraps. She watched as the loud-stompers streamed in, then after a sudden sound, all of them went inside the buildings. After a few minutes, a small group of pigeons started to march across the grasses. One of them spotted her and her mate and flew over. He had a ruffled look to his feathers and a suspicious stare. "Who're you?"
