Dusk pecked Storm."Yeah?" Storm asked. When the raven continued to stare at him blankly, the young crow tried to explain further. "You know, the war. All bird races against each other...?" He was starting to think this raven might be a little dull.

Dusk pecked Storm."Yeah?" Storm asked. When the raven continued to stare at him blankly, the young crow tried to explain further. "You know, the war. All bird races against each other...?" He was starting to think this raven might be a little dull.
Barnacles watched her with his piercing yellow eye. He then went back to carefully rearranging his wing feathers. "I could ask you the same thing," he mumbled over his beakful. Though he seemed casual and relaxed, his good eye was alert, and he had already spotted Ritz and Fish Sticks. "You know those gulls?" The raven tipped his beak towards the two.Outcast shot a disdainful glance over him, before tipping her own beak into her feathers. "Seems I don't." She murmured threw a mouth full of feathers. "I'm known as Outcast, and if I may ask, why are you, a raven, hanging out at the seagull's shore? The forest is a long distance away."
Shard was too focused on the ground to see the gull. She spotted two familiar figures and started to fly down towards them, landing on a telephone line beside a couple of gang members. Shard eyed them, "Why don't you two come with us? We may need some backup." Though it seemed to be a request, her commanding tone clearly expressed that she expected them to follow it.Bagel Bite watched them go with disappointment. He was hoping for some good drama. After waiting until they were almost out of eyesight, he took off into the sky as well and followed them, ducking behind and in-between buildings in an attempt to not be noticed.
(If you think they're flying too fast for him to catch up, let me know)
Storm cawed in surprise, not expecting to get attacked. He quickly lunged back, watching the raven warily. "What was that for?" he complained, slowly trying to creep into the undergrowth, his eyes never leaving the raven's face.Dusk pecked Storm.

"There is no need to watch the poor pigeon suffer." Dusk said. Pud moved a little.Storm cawed in surprise, not expecting to get attacked. He quickly lunged back, watching the raven warily. (I think they're near the edge of the city. You can make it up as you go, if you want.(What do the surroundings look like beside the telephone pole? Any buildings, dumpsters, trees, etc?)
)Yep. Definitely insane. "Ooooh-kay... guess I'll be going, then." Storm said carefully, trying to shove himself backwards into the bushes while still keeping his eyes on the raven."There is no need to watch the poor pigeon suffer." Dusk said. Pud moved a little.
"Shush, you're making her feel uncomfortable!" Ritz whispered, denying his own mistake. "Watch this fish. Don't eat it," he shoved a floppy fish in Fish Stick's beak. "Don't eat it," his whisper was as intimidating as possible for a very small seagull. He jumped back in the water.Barnacles jolted up. "What?" He cawed, swinging his head around so he could see her with his good eye. "Oh. You're not a gull." The old bird returned to preening his feathers, as if he hadn't just almost jumped out of his skin. "Shoulda known, you don't talk like one." He grumbled, and stopped preening for a second to look at her again. "The name's Barnacles, if that's what you want to know."
Fish Sticks leaned towards him in a way he thought was very inconspicuous. "Yeah. Even for a notgul." He whispered loudly.
Storm hopped backwards. "Uhm... this is not what it looks like." His foot tapped the ground nervously and his eyes darted around for possible ways to escape.
"Following," Moonlight whispered, saying nothing more. Quiet as an owl, she flapped after Shard. As Shard watched, the gull seemed to fly behind a building. "Actually, it looks like he's gone. And so are those non-members." She surveyed the surrounding area. Abruptly, she took off into the sky. "Follow me. I know the location of a deserter we might want to deal with.."
"But I'm whispering!" Fish Sticks whispered back. He opened his beak in protest at holding the fish, but that just helped Ritz shove it in his mouth. "Hrrmmm hrm hurrgg hrmg!" He complained."Shush, you're making her feel uncomfortable!" Ritz whispered, denying his own mistake. "Watch this fish. Don't eat it," he shoved a floppy fish in Fish Stick's beak. Outcast gave a slight shrug of her wings. "Hadn't been here before, decided to check this place out." She paused as he brought up Ritz Crackers and Fish Sticks. "I... Ran into them, a little earlier." She answered simply, casting a glance over her shoulders.Barnacles watched her with his piercing yellow eye.
