~>Fury of the Wind<~ (A Bird RP)

Shadow glided over the trees, the wind whistling through her feathers. She had been planning to meet with Claw, but that could wait. She wasn't excited to explain things to a group of babbling pigeons and gulls, that was for sure.
The large raven finally landed, perched on a chain link fence right outside the dump.

Storm stared at her with bright eyes. As he waited for her reply, he wondered why she hadn't yet commented on his age. He had only had an ongoing conversation with one other bird before, and they had asked him why he was so young out of the nest. Then they chased me away and pecked out one of my tail feathers. He recalled, wincing at the memory.
“They said they couldn’t handle me. That I was to small and not strong enough. That I couldn’t survive and would just bring predators. I left if my own accord feeling hopeless and despaired” her dark eyes flicked to his “What about you?” She asked.

"That's weird!" Storm squeaked. At her question he hesitated. "I, uh, never met my parents." He mumbled.

"By doing what?" The question was blurted out of the chick's beak before he could even think about it. Storm cringed back, yet again expecting a hard peck.
“By pointing out that you are actually better off than some chicks. Some chicks get attacked by their parents” her hard gaze softened “but who am I to say that? I was well off too”.

That doesn't help me. Storm thought, but kept it to himself. He blinked at her. "I guess," he replied. The crow chick could tell that she didn't want him around. He was hungry, and he decided that maybe talking to other birds just wasn't a good idea. "I.. um.. I'll be going now. Bye!" He squeaked quickly, turning and hopping away. He wasn't going to try flying after the disaster that was the bush incident.

Molly sighed. For a few moments there Shen thought she’d made a friend
