Pretty girl! 😍

Remember that cabbage I put in the run?

All gone!

And I switched out a 1" roosting branch with a partial log I found by the back fence.

I have a new shade cloth with grommets that is 16'x20'. I plan to remove the older shade cloths and replace with just this one. It's big enough to cover the entire run, aside from the ends. The smaller shade cloth that I am removing can be folded double then placed over the remaining tarp on the roost end.

I'll post photos once it's done.

Joanna looking very pretty there at the tail end of the roll call. & That cabbage didn't stand a chance!
@kcan2 I wish they would stop changing the time, just pick one and go with it. I don't like changing time 2x a year.😝
I don't either, it seems like a crazy thing!
They should have put that on the ballot. :D
Which time would you vote for - the spring ahead or fall back version? Everytime it gets changed it seems like the previous one was best 🤷‍♀️

I usually am up by 5:30am, to go into work.

This morning I woke up about 4:30 to a tiny "ting ting" sound. My cat was on the bed (allowed) and playing with the ceiling fan pull chain (NOT allowed!). I sat up in the dark, but we could still see each other. I pointed my finger at her and she took off, leaping to the floor and out the door. I closed the door and went back to sleep for an hour.

I think she knew it was time for me to get up and feed her!
:gig
