Cockerels that young can be a real pain in the butt and yes, they do tend to want to pick at smaller chicks, so I suggest that you keep an eye out on all of them (including the pullets).
I wouldn't say it's just the one that is "bad" any of them may take the opportunity to pick at chicks.

As soon as I can make some decisions about which ones to keep I will be rehoming most of the boys. I'm watching the new feathers coming in, too.

Maybe I do need to make a bachelor pad.

Cleaned out the brooder today, the sillies had pushed straw off the MHP and blocked the entrance underneath. They might not be going underneath much, but as we'll be getting some unseasonably colder nights this week they may want to have the option.

I wedged another stick in place for roosting. They've been perching on the sticks but I haven't gotten a good picture of it, yet.

Mowed around the coop and added grass/weed clippings to the litter, much to the Sussex chicks delight:

If you look between the A frame roost and the Ace Hardware bucket feeder on the right side of that video you can see the Dominiques' heads popping up in their brooder. They're either sitting on top of the MHP or roosting on the sticks inside the brooder.
